INTRODUCTION
The Bachelor of Science in Operation Theatre Technology (BSOTT) at IBADAT International University prepares students to become skilled professionals in the management of operation theatres. This program equips students with the expertise needed to assist surgeons during complex surgical procedures by ensuring the smooth functioning of surgical equipment and the sterile environment of the operating room. Students receive a blend of theoretical education and hands-on clinical training, focusing on surgical technology, sterilization techniques, patient preparation, and post-operative care. Clinical internships allow students to gain practical experience in real-world healthcare settings.
Program Duration: 4 Year
Timing: Morning (Monday-Friday)
Location: 6.7 Km Japan Road, Sihala, Islamabad.

Entry Requirements:
- Minimum 50% marks in Sc. (Pre-medical).
- Securing pass percentage in the entry
Qualifying the interview successfully.
Entry Test: Ibadat International University Entry Test (if).

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
The aim of Bachelors of Science in Operation Theatre Technology (BSOTT) program is to produces graduates capable to do management of Operation Theater. This degree program will cover safe handling, sterilization, supply of instruments, equipment management, Operation theatre management, implementation of Standard operating protocols in operation theatre. This program produces the graduates having research knowledge and skills related to operation theatre and Central Sterile Supply department. On the basis of knowledge and skills they will be able to do the evidence based practice.
